This three-level home gives equal importance to exterior functionality as it does interior comfort. Inside, spaces for entertaining feature custom decorative light fixtures and specialty wall treatment finishes. Custom designed daybeds and deep sofas–such as the 15-foot-long daybed made for relaxing in the open-air screened porch–define areas of everyday living. While shifting tones of off-white are present throughout, furnishings in warm tones dominate the main level, contrasted with a cool color palette on the upper levels. Outside, there are versatile sitting areas poolside and around the terraces. By mixing traditional silhouettes with modern materials,  the transitional spaces have a comfortable aesthetic.
